Our oceans are nature’s gift to all. They provide crucial ecosystem services. However, have you ever understood the threats our marine environment is facing: from plastic marine litter, unsustainable fishing, to runaway development.

Being an enterprise which is deeply concerned about energy consumption and carbon footprint emission, Sanbase Corporation Limited participated “Earth Hour 2021” again this year, which is the largest global environment movement. Under the theme “Let Oceans Shine”, we switched off all lights for one hour in an effort to shine a light on the deep connection between people and our irreplaceable oceans. Meanwhile, we encourage everyone to change the way we live by reducing our human footprint and safeguard our oceans!
