Successfully acquired Yu Rong Capital Limited, a money-lending company with a money lender’s license in Hong Kong, which principally engages in money-lending business in Hong Kong.

SICL was successfully engaged by a regulatory entity to provide fit-out services for unfurnished properties, of which the project is in the largest scale with the contractual amount of HK$124 million.

It is the first time that SICL completed an overseas fit-out project in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, which consisted of the provision of decoration services for the show flat and sales centre in a luxurious residential development.
